As a Hendrix, you’re going to love this session. It’s a 30-minute vinyasa class that’s about working up a little heat, finding your flow, and getting out of your own way.

Remember: if you can’t do all these poses yet, or if you’re injured or just don’t move like a yoga teacher, it’s all good. Chloe’s laying down the foundations, it’s up to you what you do with them. Enjoy!
