In the midst of hectic mornings and crazy schedules, finding a moment of calm and focus can be a game-changer for your wellbeing, mental state, mood, and general wellness. That’s why I always recommend starting your day on purpose with a morning routine. It might come as no surprise to you that I always recommend this one thing to add into your routine: a yoga class.

It doesn’t have to be a sweaty, hour-long practice (unless you’re feeling that way inclined), but a short, gentle practice can give you all the benefits you need for a good day. This class in particular is just that: a positive, gentle, accessible (you can do this from a chair or your bed) morning yoga session crafted to kickstart your day with positivity, energy, and a sense of calm.

The practice

Join me on the mat as I guide you through deliberate, intentional movements designed to awaken your body and mind. This 10-minute session is a blend of gentle stretches, controlled breathing, and mindful postures—all aimed at providing a refreshing start to your day. No fancy props needed, just a yoga mat (or a chair) and a willingness to set this time aside for no-one else but you.
