The Yoga Revolution is saying hello to a brand new era. Winning awards, being the first-movers, and embracing change is what we’ve always been good at, and 2024 will see us embracing a brand new model to become exactly what you need your membership to be.

It’s one thing to have the tools—the yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, meditations, yoga nidras—but another thing entirely to know why they’re so important and how to use them to have them positively impact your life.

And that’s what I’m introducing in the new year; a new way of engaging with you and your membership to make sure you’re getting the most from your habits.

This means we’re unfortunately saying goodbye to an incredible teacher who’s been with us for over five years: the wonderful Sarah Warman. Sarah originally was a student in my own classes when TYR was a brick-and-mortar studio in my home town of York. We became friends, I discovered she was a teacher, and the rest is history.

If you’ve been a member with us here I’m sure you’ll join me in thanking her for her incredible sessions and wishing her so much goodness for her onward journey. It’s been an absolute joy to have Sarah in our community, and my heart is heavy saying goodbye. Thank you, Sarah, and so much love.

Sarah’s live classes will continue until the 20th of December and you’ll be able to practise with her forever on-demand. She might not be with us in-person, but Sarah’s wonderful love-filled classes will always live on within TYR.

What does this mean for The Yoga Revolution in 2024?

Introducing TYR 2.0: your dedicated membership for joyful living and full mind-and-body wellness.

Here’s what your membership will look like:

I truly can’t wait for all the goodness coming in 2024 and to really support your wellness goals. TYR 2.0 will show you what a joyful, engaged, and connected life looks like.

Email if you have any questions or thoughts—as always, I’m here to support.

Yoga on, my friend, and I’ll see you on the other side.
