September’s Party Class 2: Strength & Length
This is the second of two half-hour sessions in September with Chloe. As the first session, this session will feature strength-building movements for your core and lower body, before lengthening it all out with some front-body and hip openers. Expect some variations on the previous session, keeping you on your toes and helping you get more from your practice.

BONUS WORKSHOP: This session will be followed by a 20-30 minute workshop where you’ll learn the benefits of strength vs length, why both are important, and how to utilise a simple, body-based tool to get more from your yoga practice. A good reminder for long-time TYR students / an important insight for newer practitioners or those new to TYR.
How to join the workshop: if you’re participating in this class, you don’t need to do anything. The workshop will be a continuation of the class Zoom call.
