February Party Class
Welcome to Chloe’s February party class (delayed because of illness). In February’s Deep Dives, the focus was strength. So expect a strength-building session (and perhaps not in the ways you’re expecting!).
This all-levels vinyasa class will see you getting fit and open, whilst always working with the aim of slowing down at the end. You’ll leave the session feeling empowered, more alive, and ready to have a damn good day.

Thanks for a great class Chloe. Very timely for me. Just signed off for 3 weeks, work stress. Ignored the nails breaking and the hair falling out and just kept going. When I wasn’t happy (although I enjoyed the piano recital and the lunch out with friends) I knew I had to stop. My body is continuing to tell me I was right to, as I now look like I’ve done a round in a boxing ring. Eye infection and course of antibiotics. On a positive it is giving me time to get yoga back into my routine and finally I think I might have got a medication for my rheumatism I am not allergic to. I kept taking child’s poses today because I could with comfort. My knees allowed me to, the tennis ball swelling at the back of my knee has subsided. Now to get my mental health back to an even keel. Ah SOOO glad you enjoyed, Angela! So sorry to hear about the signing off from work thing, though. Child’s pose, yoga, slowing down – yes to all of this. Let’s get you back on track. Don’t be afraid of being really unproductive. Sending you a big hug and loads of love ❤️
