Welcome to Chloe's February party class (delayed because of illness). In February's Deep Dives, the focus was strength. So expect a strength-building session (and perhaps not in the ways you're expecting!). This all-levels vinyasa class will see you getting fit and open, whilst always working with the aim of slowing down at the end. You'll leave the session feeling empowered, more alive, and ready to have a damn good day.
