October’s Party Class 2: Nervous System Slow Flow
This is the second of two half-hour sessions in October with Chloe. This second almost-fully restorative session will feature a little less movement than the first session, and still with the focus on breath and intention to help you down-regulate your nervous system. Bring props – bolsters or pillows – and blankets to stay cosy.
Yoga beginners totally welcome.
BONUS WORKSHOP: This session will be followed by a 20-30 minute workshop where you’ll learn why you need to down-regulate your nervous system more often and the tools you need most in your toolkit for everyday regulation. This is for over-thinkers and anyone who suffers with stress and anxiety.
How to join the workshop: if you’re participating in this class, you don’t need to do anything. The workshop will be a continuation of the class Zoom call.
