Magic Yoga Workshop: Stress, Anxiety, & The Nervous System
This is the second of October’s mini workshops that’ll see you diving into your nervous system and why you need to down-regulate more often (and what that process even is). You’ll learn tricks and tips to help you navigate life more easily, without allowing challenges to hijack your body and throw you off course. You’ll come away from this short session feeling more empowered, more capable, and with tools to help you when you need them the most. This is for over-thinkers and anyone who suffers with stress and anxiety.
This workshop will last approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on how carried away Chloe gets and how many questions there are.
