This session is a yoga nidra—a yogic sleep session. We’ll discuss nidra (sometimes called Non-Sleep Deep Rest, or NSDR), why it’s important and how it impacts our bodies, before make a cosy nest, setting an intention, and relaxing into a guided session.
This is a perfect session for anyone dealing with stress or anxiety, insomnia or overwhelm. It’s also a perfect session to help you understand your nervous system a little better, and it’ll give you an amazing new tool to help you navigate every day (and hard times).
Suitable for beginner’s and anyone with injuries or health issues (this session will probably help).
