The Feel-Better Sessions: A Gentle Yoga & Nervous System Reset

The Feel-Better Sessions are live, hour-long gatherings dedicated to you feeling better—more alive, more energised, more joyful.

 

These sessions are for you if:

  • Your to-do list never seems to end, despite your best efforts.
  • Your brain feels like 27 tabs are open constantly, and at least one of them’s playing some weird folk music.
  • You feel like you’re running on fumes / coffee / hopes and dreams / all of the above.
  • You want to slow down and feel better, everything keeps telling you you should, but you have no idea how to make it sustainable and actually impactful.

We’re not taught how to take care of the magical machinery of our bodies and nervous systems, so consider these Feel-Better Sessions an easy going reset—practical, joyful, and surprisingly powerful. Join me, and you’ll shift from frazzled to focused, from running-on-empty to re-fuelled, from tense to relaxed (and everything else in your life will follow suit).

March 2025—here’s what you can expect:

  • Theory & insight: learn how your nervous system is a moving dial, how to recognise where you are at any given moment, and what to do to navigate back to ease and rest, without any overwhelm or extra to-dos.
  • My 5-min down-regulation trick: discover a 5-minute technique you can use anytime, anywhere, to calm your mind and reset your body. It’s simple, fast, and works like magic (especially if you’ve been working too hard).
  • A calming yoga flow to increase your happiness: this session will be the slow-down you’ve been craving. We’ll begin by a gentle re-energising to metabolise your stress, then we’ll unwind, baby. You’ll learn how and why to slow down, you’ll probably leave 5kg lighter (the stress, I mean; your belly is beautiful), and you’ll feel guru-level-calmness for approx 5 days afterwards.
  • Excellent tunes, daft jokes, and real connection: all this goodness comes as standard—this is the yoga you haven’t tried yet.

This about giving yourself the permission to pause and recharge in a new, vibrant way, so you can handle stress easier, focus more, and find some joy that’ll last for days.

    These sessions are live, monthly, hour-long gatherings where you’ll experience an all-levels yoga-for-happiness practice, combined with insights on nervous system regulation and how to feel more calm, grounded, and energised. It’s about re-learning how to nurture your body and mind in a way that makes life feel easier and more joyful.

  • I’m new to yoga—will I be able to keep up?

    Absolutely! These sessions aren't about complicated poses or pushing yourself, they're about tuning in to how your body feels and learning to unwind, reset, and feel better.   • How is this different from other yoga classes / workshops?

    The Feel-Better Sessions are a light-hearted focus on helping you understand how stress of all kinds shows up in your body and giving you the tools to deal with it. Unlike typical yoga classes, we dive into understanding your body’s stress responses and use movement and rest to bring you back to balance. It’s not just about yoga, it’s about learning how to restore yourself for the long term. And when we do that, joy becomes inevitable.

  • What happens if I book and can’t attend?

    I totally get it—life happens! If you can’t attend, please let me know as soon as possible so we can free up the spot for someone else. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just shoot me an email, and I’ll make sure you're taken care of: [email protected].

  • What’s the long-term benefit of attending regularly?

    By coming regularly, you’ll start to feel more in tune with your body and your nervous system, helping you better manage stress, stay grounded, and feel more joy in your everyday life. You’ll also build lasting habits for self-care that will make a difference far beyond just this session.
