
Live with Chloe: Yoga For Renewal
Join Chloe for April’s connection session with a focus on renewal. This session will incorporate a 30-minute body-warming vinyasa flow, before diving into a long, nourishing yoga nidra.
After class, you’ll be invited to stay and connect with Chloe and the community in a connection circle to learn and share personal goals, challenges, and how to stay focused for another month on the mat (you’re welcome to either participate or sit back and hear from others in the group—lessons and inspiration will come regardless).
You’ll come away feeling refreshed, energised, inspired and connected, with actionable steps to take for the next month.
